Designed for Direct Pallet Access 

Direct pallet accessibility was one of the key design priorities for this warehouse. 

The SPR system provides direct access to every pallet location. This improves operational flexibility and supports efficient inventory management for handling a wide variety of SKUs. 

The 12.5-meter-high SPR system was engineered to accommodate pallets sized 1,000 × 1,200 × 1,500 mm with a load capacity of 1,000 kg per pallet. With a total capacity of 12,000 pallet positions, the warehouse is equipped to handle inventory volumes while maintaining organized storage locations. 

Warehouse Safety Integrated into the Racking Design

A well-designed warehouse racking system should improve not only storage capacity but also warehouse safety. 

Throughout this project, we also incorporated safety into every stage of the design to protect both the racking structure and warehouse traffic areas. 

Therefore, the installation includes: 

• Column Guards to protect rack uprights from forklift impact 

• Back Stoppers to maintain proper pallet positioning and prevent pallets from being pushed beyond the rack 

• Crash Barriers installed in high-traffic areas to protect the racking system from forklift collisions 

• Row and Safe Working Load (SWL) Signage to improve warehouse navigation and support safe storage practices 

These integrated safety features help reduce accidental damage, improve operator safety, and extend the lifespan of the warehouse racking system.
