When an existing warehouse space begins reaching its limit, businesses may need to expand to accommodate growing inventory and support future operations.

The storage system also needs to be designed around the required capacity, product load, accessibility, and operational requirements.
A similar situation was also faced by our customer, a retail company in the electrical industry in Tangerang.
Their existing warehouse was reaching full capacity, and they need for additional space to accommodate growing inventory.
To support this requirement, the customer prepared a new warehouse and worked with Intramega Global to implement a 3-level Selective Pallet Racking (SPR) system.
This system provides approximately 200 pallet positions, to accommodate loads of up to 500 kg per pallet, based on the customer’s storage requirements.

Warehouse expansion can become time-sensitive when an existing warehouse is already approaching its storage limit.
